Leads originate from plans/specs your team or partners upload to Nivela. Plans and specs are not scraped from online databases. Anything you or your partners provide remains exclusive to your tenant. We do not resell or redistribute your uploads.

Every detection includes explainable highlights (what was read, where it was found), unit normalization, and a confidence band. A lightweight review workflow lets reps accept/adjust items, with a change log and versioning so final quotes remain auditable and defensible. 

Yes. Items, UOMs, price lists, and customer data sync both ways via APIs (including a Business Central connector) and CSV import/export. Quotes and RFQs generated in Nivela can be pushed back to your ERP/CRM, preserving IDs and pricing rules to avoid double entry. 

You own your data, period. Nivela uses tenant isolation, encryption in transit/at rest, role-based access, and project-level permissions; retention policies are configurable. We never resell your project data or expose it outside your organization’s tenant.
